A Snug Harbour Inn is fully open and we are looking forward to hosting everyone.
While we have always held ourselves to the highest standards of cleanliness, we are always fine tuning our operations as outlined by both the Government of Canada and the BC Center for Disease to ensure the comfort and safety or our guests, our staff and our community. The following are some of the proactive and preventative actions we have implemented:
• We updated our cancellation policy to reflect 100% flexibility for cancellations.
• To facilitate social distancing, we now have room service ‘breakfast in bed’ that is delivered right to your room.
• We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of the common areas with a focus on counters, door handles, railings, room keys and other high-touch items.
• Room cleaning will take place at check-out only as there will be minimal physical contact with guests rooms during your stay. A deep cleaning of guest rooms will follow every departure. Guests can request additional linens or amenities and we will gladly deliver a fresh basket to your door.
• All dishware, silverware, table-top items are washed with high temperature/sanitizing settings following Health Canada instructions.
• Alcohol based hand sanitizer sprays will be placed in each room and throughout the common areas
• Guests from different households are encouraged to practice safe social distancing by keeping approximately 6-foot distance from others.
